HiCaps

On-site electronic rebates are available for participating private health funds. HiCaps provides the convenience of claiming the benefit at the time of service, and then only needing to pay the gap. A HiCaps transaction can only be initiated by swiping the member’s health fund card, so remember to bring your card with you.

Administration

All re-dispensing of natural remedies requires pre-notification by phone, in order to prevent disrupting naturopathic consultations.

Appointments are necessary to consult on an acute health condition, change in health status or alterations in medication. Same day in clinic or phone appointments are available for such consultations.

In accordance with professional registration and duty of care policy, clients on maintenance natural therapy programs require 3 monthly re-assessments.

Natural medicines will not be re-dispensed beyond this period without a re-assessment.
